Be prepared to wait (25 min) service was good. Had the western hamburger with fries. Burger was cooked perfect but the fries was ice cold. Nice atmosphere but it was very cold on the night I visited.

My meal was okay. The menu is vast and there appears to be a lot of good options. I picked a simple cheeseburger, my wife had the black bean burger, my son the chicken strips. The chicken was seriously overcooked and my wife's black bean burger did not taste like a burger. It's really more of a black bean patty. It wasn't very good. My burger was good; not great, just good. Nice restaurant in it's appearance, but the food left something to be desired.

We ate at the one in Charlotte and was pleasantly surprised to find it in Raleigh. Their burgers are always great and you can order in many different combinations. It was so good the first time we went back again before we returned home. They offer lettuce wrapped and veggie burgers as well. Highly recommend.

First time here and it was pretty good. Had the bad ass burger with the deep fried bacon. It was definitely an experience. Good atmosphere and great staff. Local beer selection is pretty good too. Show up early or you may wait a while.

I only come here when I crave a burger. The lettuce bun is thick and is a fantastic replacement for those of us who don't like a lot of bread. The aioli fries are sure to put you in your grave because they are so hard to resist. And the service is great!

Probably my favorite burger place. The burgers are cooked to perfection, a lot of options for components and sides. Do yourself a favor and try the tatter tots alongside a burger of your choice. Just don't look at how many calories it is :) Also try the shakes, they are all amazing.

Everyone has room for improvement, so I'm giving them 4 stars. I visit Raleigh from time to time and haven't found a good local burger. Accordingly, I come here when the craving hits me. The burger is surprising good for a chain restaurant (and I'm pretty picky about my burgers).This place is packed on a weekend night, but wasn't bad last night (a Monday). I generally sit in the bar area so that I can get in-and-out quicker. Last night, though, it didn't help. While they weren't busy, the gal behind the bar seemed to be having a rough night...a long day...or both. The burger was just what I wanted and the sweet potato fries were great as well!

Ordered the western buffalo and the bistro burger, with sweet potato fries and tots. Both were delicious! Ordered the burgers to be cut in half so we could share.They have different drink specials every day of the week, and we had 5$ margaritas. They make their own margarita mix so it was super fresh.

I really enjoy this part of DT (downtown). Not too crowded but close to things. This place was fairly new, so glad we gave it a go.

This place was so good! The food was awesome and a great atmosphere. Food was fast and hot.

Great place to grab a burger before the hockey game. Their twist on deviled eggs is awesome. Service was a bit off I saw them try to deliver our food to two other tables.... the server told me he couldn't remember the table numbers..... maybe the waiter who takes the orders should also deliver. Overall a good experience.

They have some really good burgers I like the way you can build your owner.👍🍔

Came here with my family, it was my first time. The service was wonderful! The food was even more wonderful. One of the phrases I used to describe the tater tots, specifically, was that "they must've used potatoes from the Lord's garden." They are so great; the burgers are even better, if that tells you anything. I will absolutely be going there again soon!

This is a Great burger bar!!! Speciality burgers or build your own. Fried pickles are cut long and a little soggy, but they taste good. Thick milk shakes. Sweet potato fries. Clean facilities with a wheelchair accessible entrance. A little warm inside, but nice. Staff is attentive. Public Restrooms. Reasonably priced. Credit cards accepted. We will definitely be going back.

Best burgers ever. I thought I would hate a burger place since I'm so done with burgers, but these burgers (been twice and tasted my husband's order) are fabulous. Good drinks too. Tons of parking. Cool wall hangings. Can't wait until it's warmer to enjoy their patio.

This place has great gluten free options. The gf bun is amazing and so are the French fries. The tuna burger is fantastic!

Was fairly crowded on a Saturday around 2 p.m. but the service was great. Received free chips and pimento cheese dip (which was actually edible and unlike any pimento I'd ever had). Their food is pricey. If you want to swap out say the buffalo burger for a normal beef patty they charge you extra which is ridiculous.

We actually went to the RV Expo here today! Good parking. Very beautiful place! Had so much fun today!

Oh my. The burgers, fries, and ambiance are sheer perfection! Build your own or pick from the extravaganza. If your concerned about your bikini (or mankini) bod, they have wonderful salads and chicken galore as well. While we weren’t there to watch a game, it could be the perfect place. The hostesses were nice and very polite as well.

I tried their " not ur momma's deviled eggs...it was sooo goood!!!😋😋

Consistently good food and service. This restaurant is kid and dog friendly. The salads and burgers are consistently delicious. The drinks are strong. Great place to go with your family, but choose alcohol wisely.

Excellent place!! I appreciate the kind service and the variety of options in the menu. Burgers are pretty big and delicious and the sweet potato fries are wonderful as well. This place is great for groups and families.

When he wants a good burger, we head to Big Daddy's! Never a disappointment and they have the BEST burgers in Raleigh. S/N their outdoor seating is the best on nice days, and walking down your meal at the florist shop across the way is a peaceful end to a great outing.

The burgers are great! Greasy, fried, and oily.. similar to Five Guys only with way more toppings and options. I also like that they have the calories listed on the menu (Spoiler alert: Most of these burgers are 900 or 1,000 calories). I will say that no matter which burger you order, they all wind up tasting the same. Which is not necessarily a bad thing since they taste great! But what's the point in pretending to have different flavors? Either simplify the menu options or make the various burger options taste unique. As is, it's an illusion of choice. The atmosphere is cool. There's plenty of seating options: bar, tables, booths, and outside seating on a nice day! Staff is okay. Service was fast for me, but the couple who sat down and ordered before I arrived didn't get their meal until after I finished mine. Ouch! Bottomline: Worth checking out if you like big, greasy, delicious burgers :)

This burger is extremely naughty but we had to try it...buttermilk breaded bacon? Don't eat this beast by yourself! Split the calories with a friend so you won't feel guilty. Very delicious!

Food and service were great. Had an issue but it was promptly taken care of and management was more then accommodating. Will definitely be back.

Good burgers. My boyfriend is a big fan of their black bean burger, if you're looking for vegetarian options. Decent prices for alcohol. They often have specials and the cocktails on the menu are under $10 which is uncommon for the Raleigh area.

Everything we ordered was delicious ! The service was amazing and quick for a holiday . All the ingredients felt fresh and our server went beyond to ensure everything was great during our time here. We had no complaints at all. We will be back.

Excellent burgers with great service and a solid local beer selection. One of my favorite places to visit while in NC. I've been to the original location in Charlotte a bunch of times and was excited to visit this location while in Raleigh. The burgers were good as expected, with my favorite being the Pittsburgher. The fried pickles are excellent as well, particularly with some bad daddy sauce. I found the tots to be more salty than usual at this location, which was not a big deal because I was full from the pickles and burger.

Good is tasty. If you get burger, ask about pinkness. It's not the same here as with most restaurants. Well done might be mooing

One of the best burgers in Raleigh. The look is nice and the service is as you'd expect. They have a cool outdoor sitting area with lights above. Take advantage of that on a nice night! The food is always made right, you'll enjoy your time here.

The staff are wonderful. The food portions are enormous, as are the combinations you can choose from. However, each time I've visited, the actual meat in my burger seemed under seasoned.

Very great place! Much better than i expected. Had the Bacon Cheeseburger on Steroids and was not disappointed! Was very tempted to get one of their "Build your own Salads" and next time I definitely will. 10/10 will definitely recommend and come again.
